Because many of our products are natural, handmade, seasonal, or small-batch, slight variations may occur. Color, texture, scent, clarity, crystallization, and appearance can vary from batch to batch. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Honey should not be given to infants under one year of age.

Orders must be paid in full at checkout before they are processed. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the order contains incorrect information, suspected fraud, inventory issues, payment issues, pricing errors, or other problems that prevent proper fulfillment.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are typically packed and prepared for shipment within up to 2 business days. This allows time for order review, packing, weekends, holidays, and small-batch handling.
Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe we provide, we may contact you with an updated timeline or offer the option to cancel and receive a refund for the unshipped order.
6. Local Pickup or Local Delivery
If local pickup, local delivery, markets, or in-person handoff options are available, those details will be provided at checkout, through direct communication, or through our current sales channels.
Local availability may depend on schedule, product stock, season, and service area. Our general service area is: Indiana and surrounding areas.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, leaking, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if applicable.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because honey, food items, opened self-care items, personal care products, and consumable products cannot always be safely resold, returns are limited.
We may accept returns on eligible unopened, unused, non-food, and non-personal-care items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
The following items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- Honey and food products
- Opened or used self-care products
- Soaps, balms, supplements, or personal-use items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom, seasonal, or limited-batch products
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, a damaged shipment, or an approved issue with the order.
9. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send the item. Customers should not send items back without contacting us first.
Unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been packed, fulfilled, shipped, or prepared for local pickup/delivery.
11. Product Availability
Product availability may change due to small-batch production, seasonal honey supply, ingredient availability, market sales, and inventory updates.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you with options, including substitution, delay approval, partial refund, or cancellation.

Customers agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
